2023 4th of July Garbage Schedule

Both trash and recycle services will be delayed by one day; which means trash collection will start Wednesday. 


Garbage Service for Port Royal Residents

All town residents are REQUIRED to use the garbage service provider contracted by the Town of Port Royal.  The contracted provider for the Town is Waste Pro.  No other garbage contractor is permitted to provide residential service within the Town of Port Royal.  Bills will be sent monthly directly to the resident by the contractor (Waste Pro).

Holiday Schedule

Any Disposal and Collection service that would have been regularly provided, but for the holiday, shall be provided the day after the holiday. Example: If the holiday falls on a Monday, then Monday's service will be on Tuesday. Tuesday service will be Wednesday, etc. If the holiday falls on a Wednesday then Monday and Tuesday service will not be affected. Wednesday service will be on Thursday, Thursday service will be on Friday, etc.

  • Memorial Day, Billing and Operations Office will be closed.
  • Independence Day, July 4: Billing and Operations Office will be closed.
  • Labor Day Monday, Billing and Operations Office will be closed.
  • Thanksgiving Day Thursday, Billing and Operations Office will be closed.
  • Christmas Day, Billing and Operations Office will be closed.
